Clinical Group Supervision (Reflective Practice)
Workplace Group supervision is a structured, confidential and supportive process where professionals work with an experienced practitioner to reflect on their work, develop their skills, and ensure they are providing safe and effective services. It provides a dedicated space to step back from day-to-day pressures and consider the clinical professional and emotional aspects of the work. Workplace Group Supervision focuses on reflective practice, professional growth, and supporting staff to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care. Group Supervision typically works best with four to eight participants. This size allows for meaningful discussion, while ensuring everyone has the opportunity to contribute and reflect on their practice.

Benefits of Clinical Supervision
