helping to raise our children we can often feel isolated as parents.
We are also increasingly wanting to invest more in our parenting, as we have
access to more knowledge about what is important for our children to develop in a
healthy way.
Individually tailored parent counselling & consultation sessions (online or in-person)

I create a safe and supportive place for parents to feel held and heard and focus on thoughtful parenting principals that include therapeutic and trauma informed approaches and strategies to support parents in their day-to-day.
Focusing on practical as well as emotional support, I guide parents to:

Join me for 1 hour per week and learn practical tools and strategies to support your child and improve your parenting skills.
